Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
During peak seasons, promotions, or new collection launches, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Time (U.S. Orders)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Wysdom La’Dawn is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Additional shipping fees needed to resend an order

If an address error is made, contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to assist.


Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is no longer within our control.
Wysdom La’Dawn is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Packages stalled in transit

  • Delivery errors made by the shipping carrier

For lost or stolen packages, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
