For the safety and integrity of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once they have been purchased.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following so we can assist you promptly:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) received

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly work with you to find the appropriate resolution.

Please note: Items that have been worn, altered, installed, washed, dyed, brushed, or manipulated in any way are not eligible for review or replacement.
