1. Product Use & Expectations

• All products must be used responsibly and in accordance with the care instructions provided.
• Results may vary depending on individual hair type, lifestyle, maintenance, and styling techniques.
• Raw hair textures may have natural variations in pattern, color, and fullness as they come from real, single donors.
• Minimal shedding and tangling may occur with all human hair extensions.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—including raw hair, lace products, wigs, and hair care items—all sales are final.
We do not offer cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) received
• A description of the issue

Items that have been worn, installed, washed, dyed, brushed, altered, or manipulated in any way are not eligible for review or replacement.

4. Shipping & Address Responsibility

• Processing time is 1–2 business days before shipment.
• Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on carrier volume.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Wysdom La’Dawn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
We are not liable for:

• Delayed packages
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error

5. Intellectual Property
